Yes. A run leaves an evidence bundle scoped to your organisation — the record of what it did, and, where it drove a browser, the screenshots of what it saw. The step-by-step log and captured screenshots are kept for 90 days; the run summary stays as history. Capture is best-effort, and a run that captured nothing says so rather than showing you a gap.

The software runs itself once it is live; it does the work on a schedule or on a trigger, inside the tools you already use. What differs is who builds it. You build it with the AI and change it whenever you like — or you request a build and it comes back done. If you would rather not touch any of it at all, we build it, run it and repair it across the business.

Less than you might expect, deliberately. The software does the work, but a person stays in the loop wherever money moves — Cynap assists your team and makes no final decisions on its own.

What we do have is a signed UK GDPR processor agreement with our subprocessors named, an isolated database for every customer, encryption in transit, daily backups with point-in-time recovery, and notice within 72 hours if a breach affects you.

Your data is yours alone. Every business gets its own isolated database, and your records, content and identities are never pooled with, or shared across, other customers. Your business data is never used to train AI models, and your source systems stay the record.

It is disabled, not deleted. Your source systems were the record the whole time, so the work your business runs on stays exactly where it always was.
